This page contains news and information from the Friends of Burford (FOB) which is our school's PTA.
FOB organises social and family events to help raise funds for the school. Regular events include the annual sponsored walk, kids' Christmas and summer discos, and quiz evening. In addition, recent events have included: summer circus, wine tasting evening and Burns' night supper.
FOB always welcomes help and participation from parents, either for single events or to participate in the planning and organising of future programmes. If you would like to be more involved or help with any of the events below, please contact FOB at fob.mail@gmail.com. Dates of the FOB committee meetings are on the dates page.
Details of forthcoming events are sent to parents via letters to children at school and local posters and notices. FOB NEEDS YOUR HELP!
We are asking all parents to
consider getting involved and this includes you!
Would you consider giving up a couple of evenings every couple of months, or
even just a couple of times a year to allow FOB to continue to function?
If you are able to support the work of FOB, please let us know by completing the form below. FOB has a small committed team but needs more support from parents. Please join us in helping raise important funds for the school. Without additional help FOB will not be able to continue its good work!
