Weekly Wellbeing Tip

Dear Parents,

The end of term has arrived and this week’s tip includes some suggested, small activities (to strengthen our Burford Body!) which parents and children can try over the holidays. I sent something very similar in the Autumn term and it was so lovely to see children bring in their sheets and share what they had managed to incorporate into their day over the holidays. All of the activities are small and achievable and if we encourage them within our children, they will eventually become good habits. I really recommend you having a go too as if children can see their role models taking these practices on, the impact and likelihood of them continuing these on their own will be far greater.
