Weekly Wellbeing Tip

Dear Parents,

This week’s wellbeing tip comes from another of our parents. Kasia Mullan is a clinical psychologist who has imparted her expert advice on how to support your children with anxiety and worry. Kasia’s advice has been so detailed and useful that I have decided to split this over two weeks so here is part one!
