Have a look below at your tasks for each week. All written work should be completed in the yellow lined book in neat handwriting. Make sure that you check your punctuation and your spelling carefully in all written work. Please complete art work on paper and not in the book.
This half-term, we have been learning about Light and Dark. Have a look through the attached powerpoint all about Sun Safety. Design your own pair of sunglasses or a sun hat and then create a poster to advertise your product! This can be done on the attached worksheets or in your yellow exercise books.
This half term in our PSHE lessons, we have been thinking about staying healthy! We know that we need to have a balance of exercise and a healthy diet. It is also important that both our minds and bodies are healthy.
This week, think about what you can do to stay healthy! Try keeping your own 'Healthy Me Diary' and include in here what you've done to be healthy. Be creative! This could include:
- Recipes of meals that you've cooked/eaten (you could include labelled pictures/photos of your meals)
- Physical activities that you've taken part in e.g. workouts, gardening, dancing, yoga
- You could have a go at writing some of your own meditations!
- Describe the activities that you've done that have made you happy e.g. write a review of a film that you've watched with your family or write a review of a game that you've played
- Perhaps you could try and grow some of your own herbs, fruit or vegetables!
Healthy routines are a really important part of staying healthy. During this time when our usual routines have changed, it’s a good idea to make sure that you are keeping to a healthy routine at home.
Read through the information about healthy routines in the powerpoint below. There are two different tasks that you can choose from (or you could do both if you wanted to!)

The sun is shining! Have a look out of your window or in your garden. Can you spot any signs of Spring?
Your task is to create a piece of art all about Spring.
Follow the instructions given by Miss Legassick and complete your music work.
Also, try to listen to music every day. Remember that there are many different types of music to listen to from jazz music to country music. Which do you prefer? Have fun and have a dance too!

Spend time either inside or outside being active. You can choose to complete one of Mr Mettler's activities or you can visit these websites for ideas.
Try to spend at least 30 mins per day being active.
Starting Monday 23rd March, Joe Wicks (The Body Coach) is going to be hosting a free, live workout aimed at children. The workouts will be fun and suitable for all ages (your parents can join in too!). To join in, just tune in to his YouTube channel at 9am each morning, for a fun 30 minute workout. What a great way to start your day!
