Healthy routines are a really important part of staying healthy. During this time when our usual routines have changed, it’s a good idea to make sure that you are keeping to a healthy routine at home.
Read through the information about healthy routines in the powerpoint below. There are two different tasks that you can choose from (or you could do both if you wanted to!)
There is a story board template below that you can use or you can create your own story board in your yellow exercise books.
Make an Easter/Spring card to send to a friend or relative, write them a little message to tell them that you are missing them and what makes them so special to you. Have a look at the attached document if you are in need of inspiration!
