We have enjoyed watching our pupils grow from the start of Reception to the end of Key Stage 2!
In Year 6, Burford children will be offered help and support when it comes to leaving their primary school and beginning their secondary journey. In the summer term, as part of our PSHE curriculum, we work with the children on a series of transition lessons covering emotional, organisational and academic challenges they may face. Year 7 teams from the local secondary schools will also come in to speak to the pupils about their next school and will answer questions.

This charity is great for supporting children's mental health and provide lots of resources to help schools, children and parents support children during their transition from Year 6 to Year 7.
