Rainbow Yoga 30 Day Mindfulness Challenge FREE Miss Doncow and I completed our children's yoga training with Rainbow Yoga. They are offering a 30 day mindfulness challenge for free to support children during this uncertain time.

We are a Jigsaw school and use this resource for our PSHE teaching. They are offering all families free access to two family sessions using the details below:

A Jigsaw gift…for families

Expecting that children and families are likely to be spending more time than usual together at home in the coming weeks, we would like to offer Jigsaw schools some of our Jigsaw Families Programme materials for free.

These stories align with the Jigsaw PSHE Dreams and Goals and Healthy Me Puzzles and are suitable for children aged 5+.
