Uniform Information
As part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring the best learning environment for our children, we have recently reviewed the school uniform requirements for Burford Primary School in line with the recent DfE guidance published in June 2023. We understand the importance of a practical, comfortable, and cost-effective uniform for our children, therefore whilst maintaining the school’s ethos and considering the ease of purchase for parents, below is the detailed list of the required items for each stage:

During school time all children must wear black, enclosed shoes.
Watches should be small, practical and unobtrusive. Only one pair of silver or gold stud earrings or sleepers may be worn, with one earring in each ear in the earlobe. Earrings must be removed or taped over for PE and no other jewellery is permitted.

Second-Hand Uniform
Our Friends of Burford (FoB) sells second-hand uniform. Enquiries can be made through the school office. The FoB also hold regular sales before and after school. Dates of sales are published in advance.
