Year 6 to Year 7 Transition
Ensuring a smooth transition for Burford children from Year 6 to Year 7
Having watched them grow from the start of Reception to the end of Year 6, our Burford children may need help and support when it comes to leaving their primary school and beginning their secondary journey.
In the summer term, as part of our PSHE curriculum, we work with the children on a series of transition lessons covering emotional, organisational and academic challenges they may face.
